GCSE Physics is a one-year, part-time programme designed for adult learners who want to gain a recognised science qualification for career development, further education or teacher training. This intensive course combines theoretical knowledge with practical laboratory work, helping you build a strong understanding of key physics principles and their real-world applications.
You will study a wide range of core physics topics, developing both your scientific knowledge and practical skills.
You will learn through classroom-based teaching, practical experiments and independent study to support your understanding of scientific concepts.

You will need to have previously gained a grade 4 or a grade C in GCSE English and/or Maths, we may also require additional GCSEs, depending on your English and Maths grades. Or you will need to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills by taking an initial assessment.
