Laura is an independent business consultant specialising in HR transformation and HR shared services. She began her career in management consultancy, building a broad range of experience with clients from many sectors. She is passionate about making change happen in a positive way and believes businesses work best when they put their people first. Laura chairs the Governance, Search and Remuneration committee.
