Our Staff and Learners:

• The gender balance of our staff is 59% female, 41% male. In terms of our students, 44% of students are female and 56% are male.
• In terms of ethnicity, 50% of our staff are from Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority groups. Our student cohort comprises 62% BME which is significantly higher than the 20.9% within FE.
• 7% of our staff has declared a disability.
• All of our staff undertakes training on Equality and Diversity and students also attend sessions that cover this subject area.
