Complaints Form

Please note: We encourage all students to raise any issues they may have initially with their teacher, tutor, Curriculum Manager, Assistant Principal or Head of Service area at the first sign of any actual or potential problem. This is in order for the curriculum area or college service area to have an opportunity to address and resolve any concerns you may have, and communicate that resolution to you, and so avoid an escalation to a formal complaint. It is expected that you have tried this route to an informal resolution in the first instance before submitting this complaint.

Please use this form for notifying us of a formal complaint. Before proceeding with this form, please read the College Complaints Policy and Procedure to ensure the informal route has been exhausted.
