United Colleges Group recently had the pleasure of welcoming ROC van Twente and Vechtdal College in the Netherlands to our Paddington Campus.

The visit showcased how technology is being used to enhance teaching and learning at UCG, and colleagues delivered a series of short presentations highlighting cutting-edge approaches across different curriculum areas. This included the role of VR headsets within IT education and the use of artificial intelligence to support learning in English and maths and improve engagement and outcomes.

Our visitors also delivered their own presentations, sharing recent educational innovations from their own institutions. This exchange provided a valuable opportunity for both organisations to learn from each other and explore how European institutions are responding to similar challenges and opportunities in education. We look forward to seeing them again in the future.
