Learners at CWC Motor Vehicle department recently enjoyed a different kind of ‘driving lesson’ — with The AA experts!

Car tech gurus from the much-respected UK company visited CWC’s Paddington Campus to meet City & Guilds Level 1/2 Diploma in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

students and staff, where they shared their first-hand insights into life as a Mobile Mechanical Technician and offered advice on the many career routes available to students.

It was a fantastic experience for everyone to welcome the industry leaders to CWC. The AA’s story is an inspiring one for students: from its humble beginnings in 1905, when four driving enthusiasts banded together in London to form The Automobile Association with an initial 90 members… to 2023, and more than 14 million members to become the UK's largest motoring organisation.
