T Level in Management and Administration is a two-year, full-time course for learners aged 16–18, designed as a high-quality alternative to A Levels. Equivalent to three A Levels, this qualification prepares you for careers in business, administration and management. Developed in collaboration with employers, the course combines classroom learning with industry experience, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a modern workplace.
You will study a range of topics that build your understanding of how businesses operate and how to manage people, processes and projects effectively.
You will learn through classroom-based teaching, practical activities, group work and real-world projects to develop professional and transferable skills.
A key part of the course is a minimum 315-hour industry placement (approximately 45 days), where you will gain valuable workplace experience.
