The Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship at the College of North West London is designed for learners who want to start a career in property maintenance, facilities management or the construction sector. This course prepares you to carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to keep buildings safe, functional and in good condition. You will work across different types of properties including housing, schools, hospitals, offices, retail spaces and public buildings. As a property maintenance operative, you will develop multi-skilled trade knowledge and practical abilities, helping to maintain and improve buildings while supporting sustainability and energy efficiency.

Assessment for this Level 2 apprenticeship includes an End-Point Assessment (EPA).
The EPA is graded as fail, pass, merit or distinction. You will also need to achieve English and maths qualifications in line with apprenticeship requirements where applicable.
