Learn the basics of photography from understanding exposure and lighting to getting to know the settings on your own camera better and making prints in the darkroom.
You will be taken through the functions on an SLR and/or DSLR camera, simple studio lighting techniques as well as developing and printing a black and white film. Having your own SLR camera, film or digital, is desirable but not essential as you will be able to use College equipment.
