Functional Skills English (Various Levels)
The Functional Skills in English course is designed for adult learners who want to improve their reading, writing and communication skills for everyday life, work and further study. Courses are available from Entry Level 2 to Level 2, with flexible part-time study options. This course is ideal for native English speakers or those who have lived in the UK for an extended period and want to build confidence and gain a recognised qualification.
You will develop essential English skills that support both personal and professional development.
You will learn through a combination of individual, pair and group activities, as well as using digital tools to support your learning and progress.

After successfully completing this course, you can progress to:

Assessment is carried out through a combination of coursework and formal exams, depending on your level. This includes:

Functional Skills Qualification in English (Entry Level 2 to Level 2)
