NCFE Level 3 Award in Education and Training is ideal for adults who want to begin a career in teaching, training or education. This qualification is suitable for current or aspiring teachers, tutors and trainers working in Further Education (FE), adult learning, community learning or workplace training environments. It is also suitable for individuals who are not yet in a teaching role but wish to gain a recognised introductory teaching qualification.
