Students study the CACHE Level 1 Certificate in Caring for a Child/Children (QCF) and Functional Skills English at Entry 3 level. Units include communication with young children, health and safety, learning and playing, healthy eating, as well as other units chosen by your tutor. The English qualification includes assessments in reading, writing and speaking and listening.
Applicants must be 19 years old or over. You will be assessed on your ability to communicate at Entry level 3, and have an interest in this vocational area. This course is suitable for both native and non-native speakers of English.
