The course is intended for those that want to gain basic skills and knowledge in order to gain entry into the plumbing industry, they are also suitable for those that want to equip themselves with advanced plumbing knowledge and skills. These qualifications replace the existing 6129 Level 2/3 Certificate in Plumbing Studies (technical certificates).
The course is delivered in a realistic working environment at Paddington Green Campus.
16-18 candidates need full level 2 qualifications in both Mathematics and English, e.g. GCSE A*-C, and a satisfactory school/college reference. Adult candidates wishing to change career or upskill are considered, acceptance depending on qualifications, employment history and the interview.
All candidates are interviewed by the course manager.
