The BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care is a work-related qualification. You will gain a broad based knowledge about different care settings and the needs of a range of service users. You will develop the knowledge, skills and qualities needed to work in the caring sector. Applicants should have a minimum 4 GCSEs grade D-G, preference given to those with English grade D or a merit at level one. All applicants are interviewed by the course tutor and will be assessed to ensure they have the literacy and numeracy skills in order to complete the course. Applicants should bring any records of their previous education, training or work experience to the interview.
